Other industries such as rail car manufacturing, automotive industry and shipbuilding cannot do without plywood either. Due to good strength and low weight, the plywood is used for floors and walls in trucks, trailers, railway cars and other vehicles, as well as shipping containers. The plywood is very popular in production of packaging materials and containers, such as wooden boxes, both ordinary and decorative ones. Plywood can also be found on the road: it is used for billboards and road signs. They are made of water-resistant plywood.
