Description
Grade 3 plywood may have wormholes, but in strictly limited quantities. The size of wormholes is also limited, and a plywood sheet may not have more than 9 defects. Grade 3 plywood is also used for base sheeting of premises. However, this type of plywood may be used in final finishing works as well, provided that the sheet surfaces are finished with paint coating to conceal any defects of the material. In other words, Grade 3/3 plywood is a plywood where both the front and back layers have defects related to Grade 3. Grade 3 (3-3) plywood is a very popular type of material. It is mainly used for base sheeting and wall insulation works in both residential and commercial buildings, floor levelling and insulating and shuttering. It can be said that Grade 3-3 plywood is defective plywood of Grade 2/2, but at a better price. Be sure! All plywood is manufactured in strict compliance with GOST and has characteristics sufficient for recommended applications. Of course, it cannot be used for decorating walls, but it is perfectly suitable for base sheeting.
