Description

Grade III: No more than 9 defects in wood or workmanship are allowed, such as:
pin knots, sound knots, no diameter limitations, partially intergrown knots, black knots, loose knots, knot holes, wormholes
open shakes max. 300 mm long.
Grade IV: for that plywood any manufacturing defects are acceptable. Partially intergrown, black and/or loose knots, knot-holes and wormholes, max. 40 mm in diameter, are acceptable in any quantity; the only thing the manufacturer guarantees is good bonding. This plywood is used in the following applications. In construction of cast-in-place structures as wall, foundation and flooring formwork Elements of timber frame construction;
Fencing of construction sites, decking, formwork and roofing;
Interior base sheeting and final finishing (wall and partition lining, subflooring)
Manufacturing of cabinet furniture, shop fittings and storage equipment, packaging;
Transport engineering (flooring, car and air craft cabins).
